Senior Software Engineer I - FE

Key Responsibilities
* Designing and building impactful features and improvements across our applications using technologies like TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, Kubernetes, and GitLab
* Partnering with cross‑functional teams to solve complex challenges and deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions
* Playing an active role in sprint planning and helping shape the roadmap by contributing to decisions on feature prioritization
* Engaging in engineering forums and initiatives that elevate our craft and drive continuous improvement across the discipline
* Sharing expertise and mentoring others to foster a culture of learning and growth
* Providing thoughtful estimates for user stories and helping the team plan effectively
* Participating in code reviews, offering constructive feedback, and supporting peers technically
* Exploring and advocating for emerging technologies that can enhance our platform and developer experience
* Thriving in an Agile environment where collaboration, experimentation, and iteration are key
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Proven experience working in a user‑facing product team, with a strong understanding of customer needs and product impact
* Passionate about quality and testing, with hands‑on experience in TDD and tools like Jest and React Testing Library
* Values clean, maintainable code and enjoys discussing different approaches to solving problems
* Curious about how users interact with live applications and motivated to improve performance and usability
* Embraces modern technologies and has a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
* Experienced in mentoring and other engineers, helping them grow in their careers
* Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from others in a collaborative environment
* Takes ownership and pride in the work delivered by the team, with a strong sense of accountability
