I’m partnering with a leading global growth marketing agency that sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance.
They’ve built full-funnel campaigns for some of the most ambitious and fast-scaling companies in the world, spanning fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming, and B2B.
They operate a fully integrated model where creative isn’t siloed, it’s central to how they drive performance. Increasingly, clients are trusting them with end-to-end ownership of both strategy and creative execution, which has created a strong demand for sharp, culturally aware copywriters who can produce work that performs as well as it reads.
They are now looking for a Junior Creative Copywriter to join the team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for emerging creatives to work on innovative, performance-led B2C and B2B campaigns across Fintech, Ecommerce, Gaming, Saas, Mobile, B2B, Tech, Financial Services, Crypto, and Health brands.
The Opportunity
This is a role for a writer who doesn’t just execute briefs, but actively improves them. Someone who understands how language behaves differently across platforms, and who is excited by the challenge of writing for attention, culture, and conversion all at once.
You’ll work across a wide variety of outputs, from paid social ads and landing pages to video scripts, campaign concepts, UGC briefs, and broader brand messaging. You’ll be supported by senior creatives and strategists, but expected to contribute ideas and develop your own voice from the outset.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Write platform-native copy across paid social, landing pages, email, video scripts, UGC briefs, and campaign assets
* Translate briefs and strategy into clear, compelling, high-performing creative ideas
* Contribute actively to brainstorming and concept development sessions
* Write scripts and narrative structures for short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
* Develop messaging that balances cultural relevance with performance objectives
* Stay closely connected to internet culture, trends, creators, memes, and emerging formats—and apply that understanding to your work
* Collaborate with designers, motion specialists, strategists, and growth teams to bring campaigns to life
* Take feedback on board quickly and iterate without ego
* Support senior creatives on larger campaign and concept work, developing your craft in high-performance environments
About You
* Around 2–3 years’ experience in a copywriting or creative role within an agency
* A strong portfolio demonstrating real client work and commercial copywriting ability
* A natural writer with a flexible tone of voice able to switch between sharp, witty, emotional, or authoritative as needed
* Strong awareness of digital culture and how content travels online
* Deep understanding of how tone, structure, and format change across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
* Comfortable writing for both brand storytelling and performance marketing
* Curious, proactive, and motivated by producing high-impact creative work
* Collaborative, low-ego, and open to feedback
* Comfortable using Google Workspace and presenting ideas clearly (basic visual layout skills a plus)
Nice to Have
* Experience writing for paid social or performance-driven campaigns
* Exposure to UGC or creator-led content
* Experience scripting or storyboarding video content
* Interest in AI tools and how they’re changing creative workflows
