Key Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Build relationships to develop long-term customer connections
- Actively promote and sell our range of Audi cars and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge about our products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Utilize our in-house sales system to follow up on leads and enquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Acting with integrity and in line with FCA guidelines
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
- Using various sources, prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create sales opportunities. Through the effective use of follow up process, maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential (repeat) business.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Sales experience is advantageous but not necessary
- Good understanding of the automotive industry is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to negotiate and understand the sales process
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Valid driving license
- Right to work in the UK
