Job Description
You will be part of a team supporting a laboratory that provides radiation dose monitoring services to radiation workers across Singapore. This role combines operational coordination, logistics, and customer service to ensure high standards in service delivery and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Improve work processes and enhance customer relationships to deliver high-quality service.
* Lead and manage customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend process improvements.
* Track application payments and dosimeter issuance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
* Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and courier delivery of dosimeters for efficient logistics.
* Perform quality checks on returned dosimeters, maintain accurate courier job lists, and manage communication with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
* Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a service laboratory or similar environment.
Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and logistics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to work independently with good initiative and time management.
