Job Description
3. Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts and ledgers.
4. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and reduce aged debt.
5. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
6. Monitor credit limits and assess credit risks where necessary.
7. Prepare and provide regular reports on credit control performance.
8. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding payments.
9. Assist with the implementation of credit control policies and procedures.
10. Support the accounting team with related administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar credit control or accounting role.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
13. Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage financial data.
14. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
15. A detail-oriented and organised approach to work.
