Warwick School is seeking to appoint a Pupil Wellbeing Officer to deliver high-quality and inclusive wellbeing and mental health support for pupils. The role involves early identification, intervention and strategic development of a whole-school approach to mental health. You will work closely with the Head of Academic Support and SEND in working with pupils with SEMH needs as well as the Deputy Head (Pastoral) and Designated Safeguarding Lead in managing provision for all students. You will play an integral role in the pastoral support of the pupils at the school, providing a drop-in listening and support service in the Wellbeing Hub before assessing and triaging the needs of the pupils. Hours of work: 8am 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
