The role will focus on the importing, exporting, updating, and maintaining accurate customer data within Lanterns CRM and database. You will be responsible for all customer data, customer communications, and the outsourcing of accurate data to third parties. You will identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes. Youll have the ability to manipulate our data using SQL with ease and be confident in presenting your recommendations for improvements, and the reasons why.
