Senior Talent Manager (Broadcast & Digital)
Location: London | Hybrid
Salary: £45k - £55k + comms

Their team shapes careers, builds brands, and creates meaningful partnerships across television, streaming, podcasting, publishing, and social platforms.
As a Senior Talent Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader and trusted partner to some of the UK’s most recognisable names in broadcast and digital media. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of established and emerging talent, driving career growth, securing commercial partnerships, and negotiating high-value deals across entertainment, digital content, and brand campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and develop a roster of high-profile broadcast and digital talent
* Proactively identify and negotiate opportunities across TV, streaming, radio, live events, publishing, podcasts, and branded content
* Oversee strategic brand partnerships, campaigns, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with each talent’s career trajectory and public image
* Guide talent on long-term career strategy, brand positioning, and public engagement
* Collaborate closely with the agency’s PR, digital, and commercial teams to deliver integrated representation
* Stay ahead of emerging media trends, platforms, and talent opportunities to future-proof client strategies
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
* 4+ years’ experience working at a talent agency with digital & broadcast talent
* A proven track record managing both established and emerging talent
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
