Job overview We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in providing a high performing Finance Business Partner service to the Community and Rehabilitation care group within the Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with care group clinical and operational leadership teams to ensure they are given the business and financial support required to successfully run their care group and meet operational performance requirements within agreed financial resources. Where required, the successful candidate will be comfortable in facilitating transformational change to ensure financial sustainability. The post holder will be someone who looks for innovative solutions to improve the financial performance of the Care Group and has excellent communication skills to inspire confidence in working with other professionals at a senior level both within the Trust and externally. They will also proactively engage in the management and development of individuals within the Financial Management team to ensure a high performing finance service is delivered.
