This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer with a passion for building services design to develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.The Role
You will work alongside experienced engineers to assist in the design and development of mechanical building services systems across a range of projects. This role offers exposure to all stages of the design process, providing a strong foundation for a successful career in building services engineering.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the design and development of mechanical building services systems including HVAC, heating, cooling, and ventilation.
* Supporting senior engineers with calculations, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Using design software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit to produce and review drawings.
* Participating in project meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
* Ensuring designs comply with relevant UK regulations and industry standards.
* Contributing to innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
* Support and Training will also be provided.
About You
* Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, orqualified/experienced in a Mechanical role
* Some experience in building services or a mechanical engineering role is desirable.
* Strong interest in mechanical design and engineering solutions.
* Good understanding of engineering principles and willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
