An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Cambridge.
This role is suited to an experienced real estate lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on a wide range of complex real estate matters, including commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, and asset management.
In addition to leading your own matters, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to business development initiatives, and helping shape the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm's real estate practice in the Cambridge market.
About you:
* Qualified solicitor with significant experience in real estate / commercial property law
* Strong technical background across commercial property, landlord & tenant, and development work
* Confident advising clients independently on complex transactions
* Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
* Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
