Responsibilities
* Administering and managing PEG feeding
* Providing postural support and safe positioning
* Supporting clients during community activities (e.g., trips to the cinema, bowling)
* Assisting with short breaks and holidays
* Delivering care in accordance with tailored care plans and clinical instructions
* You'll be part of a committed and supportive team, helping to improve lives every single day.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in complex care or working with children/young adults with additional needs
* Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
* Caring, dependable, and confident working independently
* Open to training and committed to delivering person-centred care
* Must have the right to work in the UK
