About The Role
We are seeking Senior Support Workers who are passionate about making every moment meaningful for the people we support, regardless of their qualifications or experience.
Position: Senior Support Worker/Carers
Location: Falkirk - FK1 & FK5
Hours: Full-time (alternating 12-hour shifts: 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next)
Job type: Permanent, up to 48-hour contracts available.

* Must be adaptable, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills; team player.
* Experience with challenging behavior or learning disabilities is preferred but training will be provided.
* This role is based in a rural area outside Slamannan; a driver’s license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
The role
* Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower individuals to achieve their personal goals, respecting their individuality and supporting their choices.
* Promote health, well-being, and respect cultural and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
* Facilitate social, educational, or work-related activities, including visits, walks, shopping, and recreation.
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and personal care as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the individuals supported.
