Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Mobile – Temp ongoing – FM Service Provider – South and North London sites
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers – Reset
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
* Pumps, motors
* Water Treatment
* BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
Contract Details
* Monday – Friday
* 8am – 5pm
* Must be available to start on the 27/05 or 28/05 for a handover
* Up to £27p/h
* Covering 6 residential sites – 3 in South London (Camberwell / Clapham) and 3 in North London (Finchley / Finsbury Park)
* Van included (must have a valid driver’s licence with no more than 6 points due to insurance reasons)
Requirements
* Mechanically / Plumbing qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 etc
* Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial / residential building maintenance
* Good communication skills
* Client facing
* Valid DBS certificate
