The business is growing fast and aims to double in size within 3 years and as such we are seeking the best people who are keen to work to our standards, have a willingness to learn and want to develop their skill set.
Our Teams work within Water Authorities, Schools, Hospitals and Universities, typically undertaking Controls and BEMS biased work, including wiring in ventilation systems, plant rooms and boiler houses, installing and connecting control panels, inverters, and loose controls.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Integration Manager you will be joining our Commercial and Industrial Team.
The candidate will be given a Phone, tablet and laptop required to carry out the day-to-day role as well as a company Vehicle.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years' experience in BMS systems with understanding of HVAC systems.
The role will include:
Carrying out BMS panel servicing works to existing installations, reporting on any issues.
Carry out repairs and replacement of components such as E/stops, sensors, actuators, controllers etc.
Be part of a strong team replacing old redundant equipment and carrying out upgrades and migrations on to new platforms.
Assisting when required the installation Team in connecting and commissioning of control panels and field equipment.
An understanding of BMS software and being able to navigate through various controllers' platforms and Top Ends
The engineer will be required to keep up to date with paperwork updating Job sheets drawings and Manuals as required with a high level of accuracy.
Our main offices are based near Syston just off the A46 in north Leicester.
Many of our customers are based around Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.
