The Best connection group LTD Group is currently recruiting for Class 1 drivers Night Drivers in the Stoke-on-Trent Area.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team, specialising in the transportation of timber. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent driving skills, we want to hear from you!
Sunday to Thursday with shift start times between 17.Safely operate a Class 1 HGV to transport timber products to various locations
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and road-worthiness
Secure timber loads using ratchet straps to prevent movement during transit
Comply with all road traffic regulations and company policies
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on delivery sites
Adhere to delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of safety
Valid Class 1 HGV (C+E) licence
Experience using ratchet straps to secure loads though not essential as training can be provided
Excellent driving record with no major infringements
