We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a background in electronics or IT hardware to join our clients' R&D team. You will manage the full product lifecycle from concept through development, launch and ongoing improvement. This is a hands-on role working closely with engineering, sales and senior leadership to shape our next generation of connectivity and signal distribution products. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full product lifecycle: research, development, testing, launch and review. Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals. Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities. Work with R&D and engineering teams to design and improve products. Prioritise product features based on customer feedback and commercial value. Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and certifications. Support sales and marketing with product positioning, training and collateral. Deliver product demonstrations and support key customer initiatives.
