As a Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital channels, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with 1–2+ years’ experience who has a solid foundation in marketing and is keen to develop their skills across a broad mix of activities in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to bring campaigns to life and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
* Assist with paid media activity across:
o Google Ads
o Meta Ads Manager
* Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and delivery
Content & Channels
* Support content creation across social media, email, and web
* Assist with managing and scheduling content across platforms
* Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Performance & Reporting
* Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics
* Support analysis of marketing activity to identify improvements
* Assist with maintaining dashboards and reporting outputs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with product and commercial teams to support go‑to‑market activity
* Support the creation of marketing materials and campaign assets
* Ensure alignment between marketing activity and wider business objectives
Growth & Development
* Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices
* Support testing and experimentation across channels
* Continuously look for ways to improve campaign effectiveness
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has 1–2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads Manager
* Has strong organisational and communication skills
* Is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
* Is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment
* Can balance multiple projects and priorities
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
* Exposure to email marketing or CRM tools
* Basic understanding of paid media and campaign performance
