Sales Executive/Business Development Executive is required to work in our vibrant and friendly office. We're a family run business, committed to solving the healthcare crisis in the UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for contacting care home over the phone to sign them up to our offerings and maintain good customer relationships.
This role starts at £12.21 per hour plus commission benefits. Though not limiting to deserving and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
* Answer questions about our service or the company.
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and arrange appointments.
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
* Enter and update customer information in the database.
* Clarify doubts, answer queries.
* Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements
* Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service/Contact company role handling customer queries and providing solutions.
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
* Ability and attitude to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
* Fluency in English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
