Senior HR Advisor / Employee Relations - 12 Month FTC - Mat Cover - Remote - December start

We are recruiting for an exciting 12-month maternity cover position as a Senior HR Advisor, focusing heavily on employee relations. Experience at a senior level within ER is essential.
You will support our leadership team and influence managers on employee relations matters, working closely with the Employee Relations Manager.
Role Description and Key Requirements:
* Provide credible, expert ER advice to stakeholders at all levels on issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, TUPE, redundancy, reasonable adjustments, and complex ER cases.
* Tailor advice to the employment status of individuals, considering relevant employment and organizational risks.
* Accurately track cases on the case management system and review data to inform actionable changes.
* Coach managers on ER matters to enhance leadership capability and ensure decisions align with organizational values.
* Maintain a good understanding of UK employment law, sharing recent case law updates with the team.
* Deliver engaging ER learning sessions.
* Collaborate with ER Team, HRBPs, and the wider HR team to meet key priorities set by the Head of ER or HR Leadership Team.
* Use case insights to inform policy reviews and develop management toolkits.
* Conduct or advise on complex investigations, reporting findings professionally and considering risks.
* Write professional outcome letters on complex ER cases, including whistleblowing, sexual harassment, and discrimination cases.
* Manage ER cases effectively, working towards ER Team success metrics.
* Assist the Head of ER with projects as needed.
