Your new role
As Fleet Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing vehicle logistics and supporting drivers across the UK. Responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating vehicle deliveries and de-fleets
2. Managing fuel cards, toll systems, and mileage capture
3. Handling short/medium-term vehicle hire
4. Maintaining accurate fleet records
5. Supporting drivers with queries and ensuringpliance
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience in fleet administration (ideally with large fleets)
7. Knowledge of MOTs, servicing, and fleet legislation
8. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
9. Excellentmunication and customer service abilities
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
11. Confidence with numbers and attention to detail
