SGS College is seeking an exceptional leader to become our Director of Communications, Brand and Public Affairs, it is your opportunity to help SGS shape the voice, brand and reputation of one of the South West's most ambitious and forward‑thinking colleges.

Role Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the college’s communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the SGS 2031 strategy and the community outcome. Shape the narrative and brand voice across external and internal channels, building relationships with learners, employers, partners, and communities. Manage media relations, oversee public affairs initiatives, and oversee the creation of compelling content that highlights the college’s impact and achievements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a senior communications or public affairs leader, preferably in education or a related sector. Strategic thinking and strong storytelling skills. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams. Commitment to inclusive and transformative educational outcomes.
