Start Date: As soon as possible Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in a fast-paced packaging manufacturing environment. This role supports daily office functions, coordinates between departments, and ensures smooth administrative operations across production, logistics, and customer service. Duties: Provide general administrative support to production, sales, and logistics teams. Handle data entry, maintain accurate records and update internal systems. Generate and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Consult with suppliers and customers via email and phone to confirm orders and delivery schedules. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management. Assist with all documentation, quality control records, and compliance paperwork. Coordinate internal meetings and maintain calendars. Prepare reports and assist with month-end duties. Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures and policies. Requirements: GCSEs. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
