A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business manager to join a Prestige main dealer near Farnham area.
Ideally you will have;
1. Previous experience in a similar role;
2. Knowledge of FCA regulations around F&I;
3. Proven customer service and communication skills;
4. Show the ability to work to deadlines and targets;
5. Show the ability to work well in a team.
Business Manager position involves:
6. Selling financial and insurance products to the centre’s customers – penetration rate monitored weekly;
7. Encouraging a high referral rate from the Sales Executives;
8. Marketing financial products, including POS and site presentation;
9. Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge;
10. Focusing on a high retention which will be monitored daily;
11. Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals;
12. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
This role would suit: Business Manager, Transaction Manger, Sales controller,
