Email Marketing & Communications Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing & Communications Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our email marketing across all Flower & White Ltd brands, helping to shape campaigns that delight our audience and drive real business results. You’ll also provide support with PR initiatives and copywriting, ensuring all communications are on-brand, engaging, and impactful.
Please note, this is an on-site position based at our Telford office.
What You’ll Do:
Campaigns & Testing
* Plan, design and send engaging email campaigns.
* Run tests on subject lines, send times, layouts and CTAs - ensuring every campaign performs better than the last.
* Tailor emails using customer insights such as purchase history and engagement.
* Implement dynamic content to boost clicks and conversions.
Automated Journeys
* Build and manage welcome series, cart/browse abandonment flows, win-back campaigns, and loyalty sequences.
* Develop sign-up strategies both online and at events.
* Maintain healthy, active subscriber lists to keep deliverability strong.
Data & Reporting
* Monitor campaign metrics including revenue per send, open and click-through rates.
* Share insights to guide wider marketing strategy.
PR & Copywriting Support
* Ensuring our tone of voice feels consistent everywhere.
* Supporting PR and media opportunities – from blog posts and thought pieces to PR boxes and editor outreach.
* Writing product descriptions that sell the story as well as the product.

What We’re Looking For:
* Strong interest or experience in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo a bonus).
* Good eye for detail and a passion for writing engaging copy.
* Good design skills to create visually polished and engaging email campaigns (experience using Adobe Creative Suite a huge plus!)
* Analytical mindset - keen to learn from data and apply insights.
* Organised, collaborative, and happy to take ownership.
