4C Strategies is an independent IT consultancy witha strong reputationacross the UK public sector. As demand for cyber security advice continues to grow, we are looking to appoint a Cyber SecurityLeadto drive and expand our Cyber Security services across public and private sector clients.4C already provides Cyber Security advisory services and is currently an NCSC Assured Service Provider ( Cyber Advisor ), with ambitions to become an NCSC Cyber Resilience A udit (CRA) provider. This role will play a key part in strengthening our market position, increasing client uptake, and expanding our cyber footprint.The RoleThis is a senior, influential role combining cyber leadership, client advisory delivery and commercial responsibility.The Cyber Security Lead will:Lead and evolve 4Cs Cyber Security advisory offeringOwn the cyber strategy, service roadmap and commercial planDrive sales, pipeline ownership and development, and market visibilityAct as a senior cyber advisor to clients and internal stakeholdersBe familiar with public sector frameworks, routes to market and The Procurement Act 20 23Key ResponsibilitiesCyber Services & StrategyDefine and refine the Cyber Security services offered by 4COwn the cyber strategy, roadmap and business planDefine and manage routes to market and framework bids and responsesEnsure services align with NCSC guidance and market expectationsAct as the senior authority for cyber matters within 4CSupport progression towards NCSC Cyber Resilience A udit (CRA) provider statusClient Advisory & DeliveryLead and deliver cyber engagements including NCSC CAF and Cyber Essentials assessmentsDevelop cyber security strategies, roadmaps and improvement plansProvide trusted cyber advice to senior leaders and boardsTranslate cyber risk into clear, pragmatic, business-focused guidanceLead executive briefings, workshops and assurance activitiesSales, Growth & MarketingBe accountable for growing the Cyber Security pipeline and revenueIdentify, qualify and pursue new opportunities across public and private sectorsActively network and represent 4C in the market, being comfortable with public speakingWork with the marketing team to shape and deliver cyber campaignsLead cyber elements of bids, proposals and client presentationsReputation, People & CapabilityBuild 4Cs reputation as a trusted Cyber Security AdvisorMentor consultants contributing to cyber deliveryDefine repeatable delivery approaches and high-quality outputsSupport internal capability development as the service growsWhat Were Looking ForStrong experience in cyber security advisory and consultingProven delivery of cyber services for public sector clientsDemonstrable ability to win work and actively grow pipelineComfortable operating at board and delivery levelCertification commensurate with level of experience, e.g.
