We are seeking a highly accomplished Indian Executive Chef with a strong Michelin-star or fine-dining background to lead a premium, high-volume restaurant in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all kitchen operations
Design and execute modern, refined Indian menus while maintaining authenticity
Maintain Michelin-level food quality and presentation in a high-volume environment
Manage, train, and inspire a large brigade
Control food costs, stock, and supplier relationships
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Michelin-starred or top-tier fine-dining restaurants
Strong background in Indian cuisine (traditional and contemporary)
Experience handling high-volume service without compromising quality
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Based in the UK or eligible to work in the UK
