Our team is expanding!
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Paid Media Executive with a strong focus on lead generation and maximising ROI.
This is a vital role within the digital marketing team here at Radius. Alongside the team, you'll be involved in developing and executing our paid search & paid social strategy, leveraging both internal paid teams and an external performance marketing agency.
You'll be responsible for executing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple channels and global markets, ensuring that our advertising investment contributes to achieving our business goals.
This role requires a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in driving high-quality leads and improving conversion rates.
Your Responsibilities:
* Campaign Strategy and Planning:
o Support in the development and implementation of our paid media strategy that focus on generating high quality B2B leads, ensuring they are achieving a strong ROI.
o Identify and target key audience segments to maximise our campaign efficiencies and effectiveness.
o Manage our budget allocation across various platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta and more.
* Lead Generation and Campaign Management:
o Oversee the day to day management of paid media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.
o Work with our CRO team to conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments, continually working improve campaign performance.
o Work closely with our sales and commercial teams to ensure seamless lead handoff through every stage of the lead funnel.
o Use analytics tools to track, report, and analyse the effectiveness of paid media campaigns against lead generation goals.
* Collaboration and Reporting:
o Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
o Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
o Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
Qualifications
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimisation.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, MS Ad. Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Budget Management: Experience managing substantial media budgets with a focus on achieving optimal ROI.
* Creative Thinking: Ability to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
