Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Specialist SEN Secondary School Location: Farnborough (near Basingstoke) Hours: Full-time Pay: £13.75 per hour We are looking for dedicated and approachable Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive specialist SEN school working primarily with secondary-aged pupils. The school supports young people with a range of needs, including autism and learning difficulties, within a structured and nurturing environment designed to help students develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills. This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working with teenagers and young people and want to make a positive impact during a crucial stage of their education. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including education, childcare, youth work, care, or support roles.
