Team Facilitator - South Ayrshire
£30,900 per annum + additional on call payment
39 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Lead a team of frontline staff to support individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs to reach personal outcomes and live the life they choose.
* Utilise person‑centred planning techniques and deliver excellent support practices.
* Facilitate staff to take ownership of the quality of the support they provide.
* Communicate effectively with supported people, staff teams, families and external care professionals.
* Develop and deliver robust service designs, support strategies, risk assessments and manage individual budgets.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
* Experience with person‑centred planning techniques and leading support practices.
* Strong facilitation skills.
* Effective communication with a range of stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
* SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
* Will need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within three months of appointment.
