About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring lessons are delivered effectively and students remain engaged. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classes in the absence of teaching staff. Ensure students follow lesson plans and remain on task. Support students’ learning and engagement throughout the school day. Maintain classroom behaviour and a safe, positive learning environment. Record attendance, behaviour, and progress according to school procedures. Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide feedback on lessons and student performance. Qualifications: Experience working in a school environment preferred. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain a structured classroom. Flexible, reliable, and confident in supervising students across different subjects and year groups.
