THE ROLE
We are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Wholesale and Retail Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a diverse range of retail accounts with a strong track record of driving sales, building lasting relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You will bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of sales performance metrics, and a proactive, strategic approach to wholesale and retail account management.
Based at our Brighton HQ, you will report to the Commercial Director and work collaboratively with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to support the broader commercial strategy. You will be responsible for growing and nurturing key partnerships, leading seasonal sell-ins, forecasting sales, and conducting detailed performance reviews across our Wholesale and Retail chain. You will manage a small team, providing coaching, feedback and support.
