Overview for Draughtsman/Contracts Manager
The Draughtsman / Contracts Manager will be responsible for producing technical drawings and managing contracts for various projects, ensuring that designs are accurate, compliant with relevant standards, and delivered on time. This role requires both strong technical drafting skills and a deep understanding of contract management, including negotiations, documentation, and compliance monitoring. The position requires excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills to collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications: for Draughtsman/Contracts Manager
Education and Experience
* Draughtsman: Degree or certification in Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, both 2D and 3D drawing facilities
* Contracts Manager: Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Professional certifications in contract management (e.g., CCM, APM) are a plus.
* Proven experience in technical drafting and contract management (3-5 years preferred).
* Familiarity with industry-specific standards, codes, and regulations.
