Lead Nurse required for 4 days per week in a beautiful, FULLY PRIVATE practice in Sarisbury, Southampton.
Pay: from £16.00/hr depending on experience
Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Once a month to work Friday for ½ day.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
* Maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support staff development through training and mentorship.
* Collaborate with management to improve care delivery and operational efficiency.
* Assist clinicians during procedures, ensuring efficient and high‑quality patient care.
* Manage stock control and audits to keep our practice running smoothly.
* Provide empathetic support to patients, making complex treatments easier to understand.
* Reception duties, including booking appointments, handling payments, managing phone enquiries, and supporting practice growth by converting new patient enquiries into appointments.
