I am working with a forward-thinking practice in St Albans who are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join the team. The team have a rich history and have a key focus on sustainability within the practice. The practice has a range of repeat clients and the team always exceed expectations.

The role:
* Supporting project leads across all RIBA stages, from early concept to completion
* Producing design and technical drawings to a high standard
* Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors as part of a collaborative team
* Assisting with project management tasks to help ensure delivery on time and within budget
* Contributing to a positive studio environment and mentoring newer team members
Requirements:
* Sufficient experience post-Part 2 in a UK-based practice
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Strong design and presentation skills
* Excellent working knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Good organisational and communication abilities
* A proactive, team-focused mindset
