Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team on-site in the Greater Brighton and Hove Area. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting product solutions, and building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include managing sales leads, understanding customer needs, providing recommendations, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proven customer engagement and relationship-building skills
* Strong communication and active listening abilities
* Experience in sales, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals
* Basic understanding of product performance and the ability to explain technical details clearly
* Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking sales performance
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude toward sales
* Prior experience in similar sales roles or industries is a plus
* Valid UK driver's license may be required
