FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative (20% FLT / 80% Manual Handling)

Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a hardworking and reliable FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join the team. This role involves a mix of forklift truck driving and manual warehouse duties, with a strong focus on physical handling tasks.
Key Duties:
* Operate a counterbalance forklift truck (approximately 20% of the role).
* Carry out manual handling duties (approximately 80% of the role).
* Lift and move heavy bottles of oil.
* Unpack deliveries and load and unload pallets.
* Pack products efficiently and safely.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Valid and in-date FLT licence within 3 years of start date of licence (essential).
* Previous warehouse experience preferred.
* Physically fit and capable of lifting.
* Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
* Own transport and ability to travel to the workplace.
