This role combines high-level technical planning with increasing business development responsibility.
The Role:
* Leading major residential planning applications
* Promoting strategic land through Local Plans
* Managing key client relationships
* Overseeing and mentoring junior staff
* Supporting fee proposals and new business opportunities
* Representing clients at examinations and appeals

* Strong consultancy or developer experience
* Experience leading complex projects
* Commercially driven and growth-oriented
