Salary: £85 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Learning Support Assistant to join vibrant schools in Earls Colne starting September 2025.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are looking to make a real difference in the classroom. As a Primary LSA, you will be working closely with teachers to support the learning of pupils across the classroom and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant – Primary:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
* Work with small groups of pupils to enhance learning outcomes
* Assist individual students to access the curriculum effectively
* Prepare learning materials and help manage classroom activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, welcoming environment
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
LSA Primary Requirements:
* Experience working in a primary school setting as a Learning Support Assistant – Primary is desirable
* A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, flexible, and proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
