Are you an experienced Contract Manager within the construction/civils industry?

PT Renewables are supporting an international client on their search for an experienced Contracts Manager.
You'll be joining their to civils team, leading the delivery of schemes across the West Midlands, from Rail to Highways, your work will have a direct impact on transport across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading civils schemes from early development and EDI stage through to successful delivery
* Working hand-in-hand with clients to build strong, long-term partnerships
* Overseeing site teams and supply chain partners, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work
* Supporting pre-construction and planning, influencing programmes and project direction early on
* Managing contractual programmes, cost forecasting, and procurement alongside the commercial team
About you
* A proven track record of delivering multiple civils schemes or major highways projects
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and supply chain partners
* Good knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts
* A relevant qualification in civil engineering (desirable but not essential)
