About The ROLE
We're seeking a seasoned Strategy Director with a strong track record of leading complex client engagements and shaping integrated brand and CX strategies. This role centres on partnering with a global enterprise client, delivering 360° brand campaigns that span multiple touchpoints. You'll bring deep strategic insight, creative fluency, and experience navigating sophisticated stakeholder environments-ideally within B2B sectors such as energy, tech, fintech, or consultancy. You'll collaborate with a truly integrated team to drive transformative outcomes across brand communications and customer experience.
Responsibilities
 * Shaping strategic thinking and decision making
 * Developing brand strategies and propositions; creative briefs; client presentations; audience profiles; customer journeys; communications and channel strategies
 * Developing and substantiating a strong point of view, presenting with authority, being able to take internal and external audiences on a journey
 * Preparing and facilitating client planning sessions and strategy workshops
 * Designing, commissioning and managing research to support the development of strategy and creative work
 * Defining measures of success for initiatives, evaluating the impact of our work over time and leveraging campaign analytics tools to identify opportunities to optimise campaign performance
Skills and experience
 * Proven experience building effective integrated campaigns for B2B or heavily restricted clients, including mid-funnel comms.
 * Experience of the energy industry would be a distinct advantage, but other complex industries with multiple stakeholders such as tech, or Healthcare could also be relevant.
 * Demonstrable craft skills: writing briefs, developing insights, inspiring creative work, writing messaging frameworks.
 * Maturity to manage a complex/changeable situation (we will be in mid-acquisition with Omnicom, as well as pitch).
 * Presence and ability to make client presentations.
 * Demonstrates a curious mind that looks for and learns from new information or experiences and an ability to think innovatively to develop creative solutions
 * Good collaborator; exemplary communication skills and an ability to quickly build rapport with client and agency teams
