We are partnering with a global, innovation-led biopharmaceutical organisation to find a Neuroscience Specialist/Project & Partnerships Coordinator to join their Neuroscience Search & Evaluation team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science, business development, and external innovation, helping identify and assess breakthrough therapies and technologies.
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, international team working across the UK and US (including Boston, New York, and Indianapolis), supporting the evaluation and progression of cutting-edge opportunities in neuroscience.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll act as a central coordinator ensuring smooth delivery of external innovation evaluations:
* Coordinate external partnerships
* Manage agreements (e.g. Confidentiality Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements)
* Liaise with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution
* Support scientific evaluation & due diligence
* Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings
* Support subject matter experts during evaluation processes
* Collate data, produce reports, and develop presentation materials
* Drive operational excellence
* Maintain accurate records within evaluation and reporting systems
* Manage information flow across global stakeholders
* Ensure timelines and deliverables are tracked effectively
* Enhance processes through innovation
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows and introduce AI tools
* Support adoption of new technologies (e.g. generative AI tools)
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* BSc in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Biochemistry)
* Experience in project coordination, project management, or data management within pharma, biotech, or a related environment
* Proven ability to work in matrixed, cross-functional teams
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
* MSc or certifications (e.g. Project Management, PMP)
* Understanding of the drug development process
* Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal networks
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, generative AI platforms)
