As a Flight Handler, you will be essential in managing the smooth flow of catering supplies and equipment, supporting efficient flight operations.\n\nKey Duties:\n\nPlan and coordinate daily tasks to meet flight schedules\nAssemble in-flight meals and amenities to airline specifications\nLoad and seal storage trolleys for dispatch\nDeliver catering equipment and supplies to aircraft\nDress aircraft cabins to meet client expectations\nMaintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality\nAssist with loading catering trucks and aircraft provisioning\nCommunicate effectively with ground crew and flight teams\nPerform heavy lifting (up to approx. 50 lbs) and work under pressure\nComply with all health, safety, security, and operational procedures\nCarry out additional departmental tasks as required\nMaintain a professional approach at all timesThis Flight Handler role is suitable for individuals seeking a role in the logistics distribution and supply chain industry, working in a fast-paced environment at Gatwick Airport and the Newrest warehouse.\n\nPay & Schedule:\n\nHourly Rate: £15.21 per hour\nShift Pattern: 5 days on, 3 days off\nStart Times: Between 03:00 and 10:00 (flexibility required)\nAverage Weekly Hours: 40\nShift Length: Approx.
