As a Support & QA Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining LEVL Telematics' high service standards. Working alongside our Support Lead, you'll manage customer tickets, track progress against SLAs, and ensure all completed jobs meet quality standards before billing.
This position is based at our Coventry headquarters and sits at the heart of our operations team — supporting both customers and internal stakeholders while helping to drive automation and efficiency across processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
* Carry out first-pass QA checks on service jobs and installations.
* Validate VIN / IMEI details and supporting images or job cards.
* Communicate with installers and customers to resolve issues.
* Trigger Finance notifications following successful QA checks.
* Collaborate with Onboarding and Manufacturer teams to ensure smooth transitions between departments.
* Support process improvement by highlighting recurring issues or opportunities for automation.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Previous experience in technical support, customer operations, or service coordination.
* High attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organised, process-driven, and comfortable working with SLAs and deadlines.
* Competent in using workflow or ticketing tools (e.g.,, Jira, or similar).
* Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar data tools.
Desirable
* Background in automotive, fleet, or telematics industries.
* Familiarity with QA or compliance procedures.
* Exposure to automation or workflow tools such as Zapier or Power Automate.
* Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
