About the Role As an IT Tutor, you will deliver engaging and supportive lessons to adult learners within a secure environment. Your role will involve helping learners develop essential digital skills-from basic IT literacy to more advanced applications-enabling them to prepare for employment and successful reintegration. Key Responsibilities Deliver accredited and non-accredited IT courses in line with curriculum requirements. Plan, resource, and deliver lessons that meet individual learner needs. Support learners in developing confidence and achieving their qualifications. Monitor progress, maintain records, and contribute to learner reviews. Create a safe, respectful and positive learning environment. Work collaboratively with education staff and prison personnel.
