Head Chef – Village Pub (Live-In Available) Location: West Berkshire Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus tronc share Start Date: Late April We are recruiting a Head Chef for a newly refurbished village pub in West Berkshire, reopening with a strong focus on seasonal, Best of British pub food alongside a small daytime café offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef - or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up - to take full ownership of the kitchen from reopening and play a key role in establishing the food offer at the heart of the local community.
