This is an exciting opportunity for a growing business with an impressive track history with a 5-yr growth plan already in inception. A competitive salary of c£40k neg is on offer. Due to the nature of their industry (Adventure Sport) they are looking for working days of Wednesday – Sunday with a Mon, Tue weekend ideally.
The successful candidate for the Customer Operations Manager will have the following attributes and experience:

The Site Operations Manage role will include
* Reporting to the Head of Operations you will oversee all operational activity at your site
* Ensure operational days meet set KPI’s and metrics with the customer journey being paramount
* Manage a 12-month rota and ensure any staff gaps or recruitment needs are reported
* Ensure the site is fully compliant to regulations
* Budgeting and planning for site improvement and ensure maintenance is up to date
* Conduct staff reviews and record keep
* Oversee the Customer Experience team including all onsite apprentices
* Support the recruitment process within the Customer Experience team as well as the annual recruitment of new apprentices
