Overview
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cardiff for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager across the Group and will be mainly responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating content and analysing web metrics.
Responsibilities
* Update and maintain the Group website, including quarterly updates for offers.
* Optimise website content for mobile, tablet and SEO.
* Work with our digital agency to resolve website issues and suggest improvements.
* Maintain and update the Group's blog.
* Source, schedule and post content across social media accounts.
* Monitor and respond to social and Google Business interactions.
* Track trends and engagement to grow online presence.
* Support eCRM projects and database segmentation.
* Update website stock.
* Report on marketing and sales activity.
* Support campaigns, events and FCA compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proficient in content creation
* Experience with analysis and reporting
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
* 1-hour lunch break
* 22 + 8 days annual leave
Pay: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
