Robert Half Ltd are working with a business in Abingdon that are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
* Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting to support business performance
* Produce detailed product and location-level profitability reporting
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and analysis
* Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support VAT compliance
About You
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Strong management accounting, forecasting, and financial controls experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
