Location: BD4 6HN Division: Supply Chain Contract Type: Permanent Salaried Delivering flawless execution of all agreed activity for Hallmarks customer account(s) whilst maintaining and developing supply chain efficiencies. Managing internal and external customer communications and building excellent working relationships to facilitate delivery of the customer demand. Working with all departments to minimize cost and drive best in class service to support the Hallmark operating plan. Responsibilities This role is customer facing and requires commercial skills Delivering all agreed activity for Everyday and Seasonal programmes as the account dictates: Managing delivery of planned activity against the CDP and customer requirements Coordinating execution of unplanned activity through the trading team and logistics channels Maintaining industry leading on shelf availability and exceeding the customers agreed targets whilst optimising in-store stock holding and minimising returns Analysing and adjusting the replenishment of Everyday and Seasonal products at a SKU/Store level utilising Hallmarks replenishment tools to maintain adequate cover and availability, whilst adhering to sell through targets Support the customer business model through continuous improvement to reduce operational costs Responsible for maintaining a rolling 12 - 18 month activity plan across Everyday & Seasons ensuring relevant planning forecasts are supplied to the required internal and external teams Work with internal departments to identify areas for improvement and potential sales growth To be successful we're looking for you to: Be degree level education or equivalent experience in a similar role Have previous experience of managing in-store activities with evidence of making effective adjustments to plan which maintained on-shelf availability and minimised returns/loss of sales Have previous experience of managing mutiple stakeholders, activities and deadlines with competing priorities Have previous experience of managing a critical dat epath (CDP) showcasing your organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Show the ability to influence, present and work collaboratively with internal & external customers Show project management skills, or ideally, experience Be able to see the bigger picture and translate into tangible steps to achieve the high-level goals Be comfortable and skilled dealing with ambiguity Be commercially orientated, aware of a broad slection of influences, to factor into your decision making process for the benefit of sales and effective cost management Have active distribution knowledge gained through your national, supplier of, or online retailer experience Demonstrate a skilled use of digital tools, especially strong Excel skills, enabling you towork at speed with a high degree of accuracy Based at our Dawson Lane site in Bradford, close to key motorway links youll be able to take advantage of: Competitive salary 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Health cashback scheme Pension benefit Hybrid and flexible working opportunities Free onsite parking A variety of other cultural and lifestyle benefits, aimed at promoting a positive work/life balance IND123 You may also have experience in the following roles: Account Manager, Supply Chain Coordinator, Customer Operations Manager, Trade Marketing Executive, Category Management Executive, Retail Operations Manager, Commercial Operations Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Support Manager, Customer Service Manager, etc. REF-222 162 ADZN1_UKTJ
